Q - How long have you been in business?

A  - Since 2011. 


Q - Why was the trip cancelled?

A - Not enough riders or the weather did not permit us to take the trip. If there are not enough riders to take the trip, the trip will be cancelled.


Q - What if the prison is on lockdown when we arrive, do I get a refund?

A - Unfortunately not. We are a transportation company and we have nothing to do with the prisons policies. Our responsibility is to get you to the location and back.


Q -Do you as the transportation company check to see if the prison is on lockdown?

A - No we do not.  Checking for lockdown status prior to making your payment is your responsibility.


Q - What if I need to cancel because of an emergency and I've already made my payment?

A - If you call within 72 hours before the trip you get a full refund. If after 72 hours you will loose your payment. NOTE: This  is why it is important to get the insurance on your seat.


Q - If the trip was cancelled, how do I get a refund?

A - Payments aren't picked up from Western Union until the trip is confirmed to be going. You can pick your payment up from Western Union or keep it up there for the next scheduled trip.


Q - Are your trips guaranteed?

A - While we'd like to say absolutely, there are uncertainties.  A trip will be cancelled if there are not enough paid riders.


Q - What if I get to the prison and unable to get in, do I get a refund?

A -No. Our obligation is to get you safely to the location and back. We are not responsible for the prison and their rules. It is your job to ensure you have proper documentation and you have been added to your loved ones list prior to making your payment.


Q - What is insurance?

A - Insurance costs $15 per seat. This ensures if you miss the vehicle, you are able to ride on the next scheduled trip.


Q - What if I miss the vehicle and didn't pay for the insurance?

A - You will loose your payment


Q - How do I know you are a legitimate business?

A - We are accredited with the Better Business Bureau. It is your job to do the homework on any company you do business with. https://www.ripoffreport.com


Q - Why does a infant have to pay, they can sit on my lap?

A - A infant must be in a car seat and therefore takes up a seat. Anyone taking up a seat will need to pay.


Q - I'm only a few minutes away, can the vehicle wait?

A - Unfortunately not. We depart promptly.


Q - Can you hold a seat for me until  get paid?

A - Unfortunately not. We run on the first come first serve rule. We can not hold seats.


Q - Do the vehicle stop for restaurant breaks?

A - No. We only make one stop and that is to gas up the vehicle and use the restroom.  Scheduled stops only.


Q -What happens if the day of the trip the vehicle is not safe to take the trip, do I get refund?

A - Yes. 


Q - What happens if the vehicle breaks down while we're at the facility, do I get a refund?

A - No. Because we got you to the facility.
